WATCH: Historic moment at the Knesset, first deaf lawmaker delivers her maiden speech in sign language
Shirley Pinto, a lifelong advocate for improving accessibility for people with disabilities in Israel, was sworn in the Knesset on June 26, becoming the first deaf lawmaker.
