President Herzog reveals Hamas 'instruction manual for atrocities,' shows horrific extent of planning in massacre of Israeli civilians
Israeli President Isaac Herzog in an interview with CNN on Sunday revealed more evidence of the planning that Hamas terrorists invested in their attack and massacre of Israelis on Oct. 7.
Herzog showed viewers a booklet entitled “The Warrior’s Guide - Jihad Version,” which was issued to the terrorists and found on the dead bodies of terrorists inside Israel.
“This was found on the body of one of the terrorists, this booklet is an instruction guide, how to go into a civilian premises, into a kibbutz, a city, a moshav, how to break in,” Herzog explained.
“And first thing what do you do when you find the citizens? You torture them. This is the booklet - it says exactly how to torture them, how to abduct them, how to kidnap them,” he added.
Torture and ISIS style live-streamed executions - just some of the barbaric instructions on how to kidnap and kill listed in the Hamas terror handbook.

The manual described ways to create chaos and intimidation, how to coerce and blindfold captives, and ordered the terrorists to use electric shocks or to execute persons that may pose a threat or distract the terrorists from their goals.
The document also explicitly instructed the terrorists to livestream the execution of captives over the internet and to use them as human shields in clashes with the Israeli forces.
“We are faced with an extremely cruel, inhumane ending enemy which we have to uproot with no mercy… the story is not Israel versus Palestinians, or Judaism versus Islam – God forbid – the story is about humans, humanity, are we with the good or with evil, that's where humanity should stand,” Herzog stressed.
“And the battle that we are carrying out now, as a nation rising up as a lion is against evil, and we will uproot evil so that there will be good for the entire region and the world.”
The president also revealed, until now, unseen photos of atrocities the terrorists committed in Kibbutz Be’eri, one of the places that was hit the hardest by the attack, with over 100 of its around 1,000 residents having been murdered.
Earlier on Sunday, Herzog toured the destroyed and bloodstained homes of the kibbutz before participating in the reopening of the kibbutz’s print shop, the oldest in the country.
“This land is soaked in blood. There was life here. This was a paradise that was turned into hell,” said Herzog.
“From here, we say to the entire world: Nothing will break us. We have a moral and national obligation to make Be’eri a paradise again.”
