18:21 - Drone causes wildfire in Galilee, Navy shoots down drone off Caesarea

Following sirens that sounded in the Upper and Western Galilee, HaMifratz, Carmel, HaAmakim, and Wadi Ara areas regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration, one UAV was identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory which fell in the area of Wadi Ara.

Israeli Fire and Rescue Services are currently working to extinguish a fire due to a fallen projectile.

During the incident, interception attempts were made, and sirens regarding rocket and missile launches were activated due to the possibility of falling shrapnel from the interception.

Additionally, a short while ago, an Israeli Navy missile boat intercepted a UAV that approached Israeli territory off the coast of Caesarea.

The UAV was intercepted prior to crossing into Israeli territory.


17:35 - Suspicious aerial target identified over northern Israel

A short while ago, sirens were sounded in northern Israel due to the identification of a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
The target is being monitored by the IAF and the incident is still ongoing.
Sirens regarding rocket and missile launches were activated due to the possibility of falling shrapnel from the interception.

17:21 - Israeli special forces raid Hezbollah combat compound in southern Lebanon

Special operators of the 36th Division, troops of Shayetet 13, the Yahalom Unit, and the Oketz Unit, with support from the 282nd Brigade, conducted a raid on a Hezbollah terrorist compound intended for use in infiltrating into Israeli territory, the IDF spokesman announced.

Within the compound, the soldiers located underground infrastructure and hideouts equipped with logistical and medical supplies for prolonged stays, military tents, and pits stocked with weapons.

The troops also found and destroyed many weapons, including rocket launchers, high-powered explosives, anti-tank missiles, mortar shells, AK-47 rifles, surface-to-air missiles, and a launcher concealed in a mountain on a several-meter track aimed directly at civilian communities in northern Israel.

During the raid, the troops encountered a terrorist cell positioned underground and eliminated them.


17:08 - 2 launches from Lebanon fell near Haifa, no injuries

The IDF said that following sirens that sounded at 16:55 in Haifa, two projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon and fell in open areas. No injuries were reported.

16:20 - Highway along Dead Sea closed due to flash floods

With the arrival of the first major rain in Israel today, flash floods caused the closing of Highway 90, running North-South through the Jordan River Valley.

15:12 - Over 100 Hezbollah projectiles fired at Israel today

The IDF spokesman announced that as of 15:00, approximately 100 projectiles that were fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization have crossed from Lebanon into Israel today (Sunday, November 3rd).

15:08 - drone from Lebanon shot down, 30 projectiles latest Hezbollah barrage

The IDF said that following a siren that sounded at 14:35 in Lev Ha-Hula regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration, a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory was successfully intercepted by the IAF.
Following the sirens that sounded between 14:27 and 14:28 in the Lower and Central Galilee and HaAmakim areas, approximately 30 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon.
Some of the projectiles were intercepted by the IAF and fallen projectiles were identified in the area. No injuries were reported.


14:05 - IDF finds weapons in children's room in southern Lebanon

The IDF spokesman said that during overnight intelligence-based operations by the 769th Brigade in a village in southern Lebanon, the soldiers conducted targeted raids on several buildings. In one of the buildings, the troops located numerous weapons stored in both the kitchen and children's room, including RPGs, rocket launchers, rockets, grenades, and AK-47 rifles. In the same civilian building, which was used as a weapons storage facility, a large cache of military tactical equipment, combat gear, and intelligence documents was found, used by Hezbollah operatives who had barricaded themselves in the building.

14:01 - Lebanese media report drone strike near Yahoun

Lebanon's official National News Agency (NNA) said that an Israeli drone struck a vehicle near a Lebanese army checkpoint in the town of Yahoun, southern Lebanon.

13:39 - Cabinet meeting postponed until Thursday

The coalition cabinet meeting, originally scheduled for this evening, has been postponed to Thursday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will instead hold a limited security consultation this evening at 8:30 p.m., with ministers and senior defense officials to discuss the situation in Iran and Lebanon.

12:20 - Lebanese MP Hassan Ezzedine tells al Mayadeen: We cannot talk about negotiations before a ceasefire

Lebanese Parliament member Hassan Ezzedine, who has ties to Hezbollah, told the Hezbollah affiliated al Mayadeen TV channel that the terror group is unwilling to discuss holding negotiations without a ceasefire.

11:37 - IDF Arabic spokesman calls on residents of town near Baalbek to evacuate ahead of strikes on Hezbollah targets

IDF Arabic Spokesman Avichay Adraee posted a warning on his 𝕏 page, warning residents near the town of Baalbek area to flee ahead of IAF strikes on Hezbollah targets.

Adraee highlighted specific buildings, announcing: "You are located near Hezbollah facilities and interests, against which the IDF will operate in the near future. For your safety and the safety of your family members, you must evacuate the building and its surroundings immediately and stay away from them for a distance of no less than 500 meters within the next four hours."

11:33 - IDF says 25 launches detected in latest barrage to Galilee & Golan Heights

The IDF Spokesman's Office announced that following sirens that sounded at 11:11 a.m. in the Western Galilee area, approximately 10 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
The Israeli Air Force (IAF) intercepted most of the projectiles and the rest landed in open areas.

Following the sirens that sounded between 11:12 a.m. and 11:13 a.m. in the Golan Heights, approximately 25 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory and they landed in open areas.

No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.

11:28 - No injuries following recent barrage to Galilee and Golan

Several rocket interceptions were observed in the Western Galilee and Golan following recent alarms in the area. Magen David Adom teams evaluating the situation reported that "at this stage, there are no known injuries."

11:15 - Alarms sound in Nahariya and Golan Heights

Siren alerts warning of rockets and missiles were activated in Nahariya, Shlomi and other communities in the Western Galilee including Katzrin and Ani'am in the Golan Heights.

09:35 - 12 rockets launched towards Galilee and Carmel

The IDF said that following the sirens alerts near Menashe and Carmel earlier this morning, two projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. The IAF successfully intercepted one projectile and the second fell in an open area.

Following the sirens that sounded in the Western Galilee area, approximately 10 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon. Some of the projectiles were intercepted and the rest fell in open areas.

Following the sirens that sounded in the Golan area (around 9:00) regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration, it was determined to be a false identification.

The IDF announced that following the sirens that sounded in the Haifa Bay and Galilee areas earlier this morning, approximately ten projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. Some were intercepted, and the rest fell in open areas.

08:15 - Sirens sound in Haifa and Galilee areas

Alarms warning of rocket and missile fire were activated in Acre, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin and the Galilee.

07:31 - IDF announces elimination of 2 Hezbollah terrorists responsible for rocket and missile attacks on Israel

The IDF Spokesman's Office announced Sunday morning that it had eliminated two Hezbollah terrorists responsible for carrying out rocket and missile attacks on Israel.

The IAF struck and eliminated the terrorist Farouk Amin Alasi, the Hezbollah commander of the Khiam area.
Alasi was responsible for the execution of many anti-tank missile and rocket attacks toward Israeli communities in the Galilee Panhandle, and specifically Metula.

Additionally, the IDF eliminated the terrorist Yousef Ahmad Nun, a Hezbollah Radwan Force company commander in the Khiam area who was responsible for rocket and anti-tank missile attacks toward Israeli communities in the Galilee area and IDF troops conducting operations in the area.

07:30 - Sirens sound across the Galilee

Alarms warning of rocket and missile fire were activated in Dubav, Bar'am, Sasa and Zivon in the Upper Galilee and in Zarit and Shomra in the Western Galilee.

06:55 - IDF announces suspicious aerial target crossed into Israel from the "East"

The IDF Spokesman's Office announced that following the sirens that sounded between 06:20 a.m. and 06:29 a.n. in the southern Golan Heights, a suspicious aerial target was identified crossing into Israel from the East.
There were no impacts from projectiles, and no reports were received regarding damage or injuries. The incident has concluded.

06:35 - Alarms sound in Golan over possible drone infiltration

Warning sirens of suspected infiltration by hostile aircraft were activated across the southern Golan Heights.

01:30 - US CENTCOM announces arrival of B-52 bomber to Middle East

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the arrival of the B-52 bomber to the Middle East.

The B-52 is the oldest bomber still in service in the U.S. military. The move comes amid threats by Iran to attack Israel again. The B-52, which entered service in 1955, is still considered as the backbone of the U.S. military's bomber fleet. The B-52's flight range of over 14,000 km (8,800 miles) without refueling and carrying capacity of 32,000 kg (70,000 pounds) is still unequaled in the U.S. fleet.
