Israel's National Security Council issued new recommendations for Israelis traveling abroad and recommended to "completely avoid attending sports games/cultural events with the participation of Israelis abroad, with an emphasis on the upcoming match of the Israeli national team in Paris (November 14)," during the coming week.
The NSC issued these recommendations in light of recent calls "among pro-Palestinian organizations/supporters of terrorist organizations, to harm Israelis and Jews under the guise of protests."
"Also, preparations have been identified to harm Israelis in a number of European cities, including Brussels (Belgium), major cities in Great Britain, Amsterdam (Holland) and Paris."
In addition, the NSC called on Israelis to avoid "demonstrations and protests of any kind," quickly inform local security forces about threats or attacks, and "take extra care to minimize Israeli/Jewish identification marks."

Security forces thwarted the smuggling of 13 weapons in the area of the Bekaa and Emekim. IDF observers from unit 636 detected suspicious movement Saturday night near the village of Oujah, north of Jericho. Security forces arrested two Palestinian suspects. IDF troops from the 47th Battalion and trackers from the Bekaa and Emekim Brigade carried out extensive searches in the area, locating bags containing 13 "M-16" type weapons, along with other weapon parts.
