Alarms sound in Nahal Oz as rocket fired from Gaza Strip
Alarms sounded last night in Nahal Oz, a community on the border of the Gaza Strip.
The Israel Defense Forces did not attempt to intercept the rocket after determining it would fall in an open area.
This was the first rocket attack from Gaza in almost two weeks.
The last rocket attack came after a deadly raid in Jenin in which six Palestinian members of militant groups were killed.
Among the deaths was terrorist Abd al-Fattah Kharousha, who killed Israeli brothers Hallel and Yagel Yaniv in the town of Huwara.
